RFE: add man pages for all important parts of rpm

We currently have reasonable man page coverage for the commands and their switches, but the file formats and such are sorely missing.

As our actual commands are called `rpmfoo` with corresponding man pages, formats and such should be called `rpm-foo` with a dash to differentiate.

All man pages should have examples too.
