GLO-Root Image Analysis - GLORIA
GLO-Roots Image Analysis (GLO-RIA) is an ImageJ plugin intended for the analysis of root images generated using the GLO-Roots imaging system.
Two different of analysis are available with the plugin: a local analysis of dual-reporter images (RootReporter) and a global analysis of the whole root system properties (RootSystem).

- Download ImageJ and install it: http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/
- Download the GLO_RIA.jar file https://github.com/rr-lab/glo_roots/blob/master/gloria/GLO_RIA.jar
- Copy the GLO_RIA.jar file to :
- /Program Files/ImageJ/plugins/ (Windows)
- Applications/ImageJ/plugins/ (Mac)
- Launch ImageJ
- Go to Plugins > GLO RIA
