from regular objects, where insertion order is preserved when enumerating properties
(except for properties that parse as numerics, where the behavior is undefined).
When the properties of a `Record` or `Tuple` are enumerated, their keys are enumerated in *sorted order*, where
*sorted order* effectively means "according to the sort order defined by `Array.prototype.sort`".

yep, I should have clarified, with the default comparator, so by unicode code point.
