This is a "maintenance release" because I am a moron and yanked the 0.3.0 release.

This version introduces an optional block to
Sparkr.sparkline to format the sparkline (see README for more information).
Version 0.3.0 also changes the signature of
def sparkline(numbers, &block)
The splat argument was dropped in favor of a "real" parameter.
Sparkr.sparkline now expects an Array of Strings, Fixnums or Floats as the first parameter.
