Had borked the domain - have finally setup an auto-forward to our github website from the domain

I did start to look at strategy.

I went through all the minutes since 2019 and tried to identify the recurring tasks of the steering commitee:

International Survey
eResearch AU events
eResearch NZ events
RSE NZ
C3DIS events
International Council RSE representation
International conference RSE events
Elections for steering committee
Partnership with ARDC
Providing feedback on behalf of the community
Looking at opportunities for the community
Sharing info with the community

That's a lot of responsibility.
