Two sequences where only the extensions are different are currently broken (0.2.1b);

   1 Hand_030_ANIM02_Left_0002.jpg

   1 Hand_030_ANIM02_Left_0003.jpg 
   1 Hand_030_ANIM02_Left_0004.cr2 
   1 Hand_030_ANIM02_Left_0004.jpg 
   1 Hand_030_ANIM02_Left_0005.cr2 
   1 Hand_030_ANIM02_Left_0005.jpg

Expected output is:
