Getting it to compile

• Use Linux or macOS and install build tools (at least Make).
• Install TeX with XeLaTeX and Biber.
• Install R.
• See localpackages.tex and main.Rnw and localfontconfig.Rnw.template for required packages and fonts.
• Don't forget to make and adapt a local copy of localfontconfig.Rnw.template (see inside for details).
• Use Makefile (make main) to compile or analyse Makefile for required steps.
