rake_task fails when spec files have single or double quotes #247

rake task will fail to execute cleanly for instance, for a file with name im_some'spec_foo.rb or im_test"what_matters_spec.rb

rake_task now capable of loading specs with single and double quotes in path

FYI - I updated the examples to specify the escapes instead of shelling out: 6d7c861

Shelling out was more than doubling the time it took to run the entire suite, and I think the updated example adequately represents the responsibility.
