2.7.0: full_description provided to formatters sometimes contains duplications #477

The full_description in group and example metadata sometimes contains duplicated group information in rspec 2.7.0: an example.

As shown in the output example in that gist, this is a change from 2.6.4. None of the built-in formatters seem to show this duplication, either in my actual projects or in the simple example in the gist.

It's a practical problem for me because ci_reporter uses the full description as a filename. In some of my spec suites, the full_descriptions from 2.7.0 result in filenames that are so long that they can't be written (Errno::ENAMETOOLONG).

Thanks for providing the debugger formatter! Excellent. The problem only occurs when we get three deep and I didn't have any specs for that (d'oh!). Working on a fix now.
