Updated the documentation for built in matchers with the new syntax. This is now matches the examples in /README.md

PS - I didn't get a deprecation warning when I used be_true. Was that intentionally removed?

Yes, there should have been a deprecation warning when you upgraded to 2.99. Note if you didn't upgrade to 2.99 theres no warnings, the expected progression is 2.14 -> 2.99 -> 3.0

Ah, I see. I had started a new project with 3.0.0.beta1, so I never saw the deprecation warnings. Thanks!

Yeah you're expected to know what the new gem does when going straight to 3, which is a bit of a tall order when using the beta and we've not finished all the blog posts etc :P but 2.99 offers a smooth upgrade path for older repositories :)
