I'm a new user of this project, but seeing unmerged pull requests like this one is a bit disheartening... this project is obviously very popular, and critically useful, but it seems like the owner has abandoned it to some extent and is not responding to issues and pull requests? If i'm misinterpreting things, then I apologize. Or is there a fork somewhere that is becoming the "authoritative" fork that is actively maintained?
