downlit automatic linking only works for code chunks but not inline code

For reference, the function in downlit is downlit::autolink_url. downlit_md_* and downlit_html_* does both highlighting and linking - I am still figuring the adjustment required to make it work seemlessly with a pandoc output. I can push to distill once done in rmarkdown
