inaccuracy in `cells_body` documentation

The documentation says that the columns and rows arguments are the names of the rows and columns, but I don't think this is accurate. The columns seems to be a tidyselect type and the rows seems to be a logical vector? Not entirely sure. Thanks for the great package!

This definitely needs more explanation. It does use tidyselect so column selection should follow the current practice in dplyr. Rows are a bit of a hybrid and this requires more explanation. Basically, if you have rownames, they act as names that can be tidyselect'ed (minor wrinkle is that there's no condition for uniqueness). Otherwise, use numeric values. I'd have to check on whether a vector of logical values works as expected.

Anyhow, this bit of documentation does need to be addressed because even I am totally not clear on this. Thanks for filing this issue!
