`html` with style attribute in row group label adds html code to body cells of row group

Description

New with v. 0.8.0. When html with a style attribute is used for a row_group(label = ), the output has html code in the body cells of the row group. The issue is not present with custom html without any style attribute. I rolled back to 0.7.0 and confirmed that this issue is did not occur previously.

Expected result

The row group label should be bolded and the rest of the table should not be affected.

I think there are some other weird issues with custom html in 0.8.0 but this was the main one I could nail down the cause of.
