Add SI-system to 'system = ' when 'suffixing = TRUE' in fmt_number() #1999

Please add the SI-system when suffixing numbers with fmt_number().

fmt_number(suffixing = TRUE, system = "SI") then the suffixes would be 1E3: k, 1E6: M, 1E9: G, 1E12: T and so on.

It would be even greater, when this also works with small numbers, e.g. 0.001 becomes 1m, 0.000001 becomes 1µ and so on.
