Created an additional CDISC-flavored dataset for protocol deviations in the GT01 study. Vignette example to follow.

This dataset will be super useful to showcase new features of {gt}, like the summary rows on top of the group. I will update the vignette next week and include an example. |
Renamed former gt_ad* datasets to rx_ad*. Created new table for Protocol Deviations in clinical tables vignete.
