This fixes an incorrect two-letter country code for the Netherlands. The problem occurs mainly in the
countrypopsdataset but this also impacted the script to filter flag SVGs for thefmt_flag()function (so that was fixed here as well). Several examples with the incorrect two-letter code were updated here.
