- removed support for Ubuntu-16.04, as it went EOL
- add support for Ubuntu-20.04
- removed Cassandra branches 2.0.x and 2.1.x from test matrix
- add Cassandra 4.0.x branch to test matrix (closes Enable Cassandra 4 integration testing #22)
