DefTypes are evil. We need an inspection that finds them, removes them, and replaces all matching implicit types with the appropriate explicit one.

For example:

DefBool z

Private Function zDoSomething()
End Function

Should be replaced with

Private Function zDoSomething() As Boolean
End Function
