While compiling, I'm getting a seg fault on vm/builtin/regexp.cpp:370:3. I've included the output below, let me know if you need anymore information.

As in #996, I'll switch to RubyInstaller DevKit (mingw-w64 experimental branch) and see if that fixes things.
