Rubinius is moving fast (which is great!). With dates in the change log it's easier to see that things are advancing at a rapid pace.

The actual dates are already more or less tracked by Github's release system (https://github.com/rubinius/rubinius/releases). Although I don't strictly have anything against adding these dates it might make copy-pasting things into Github's system a bit more annoying. @brixen seeing how you're doing the releases, any comments on this?

I considered adding dates initially and I'm not totally opposed to it but I reasoned the same as @YorickPeterse about them being available in the release tags. I can't see any downside to having them in the Changelog file.
