For example, the following auto-correction test code is invalid syntax:

"1,2,3,foo,5,6,7,8".split(',').map({ |i| Integer(i, 10) })

This PR removes invalid parentheses and auto-corrects it to valid syntax:

"1,2,3,foo,5,6,7,8".split(',').map { |i| Integer(i, 10) }

Before submitting the PR make sure the following are checked:

  • The PR relates to only one subject with a clear title and description in grammatically correct, complete sentences.
  • Wrote good commit messages.
  • Commit message starts with [Fix #issue-number] (if the related issue exists).
  • Feature branch is up-to-date with master (if not - rebase it).
  • Squashed related commits together.
  • Added tests.
  • Ran bundle exec rake default. It executes all tests and runs RuboCop on its own code.
  • Added an entry (file) to the changelog folder named {change_type}_{change_description}.md if the new code introduces user-observable changes. See changelog entry format for details.
For example, the following auto-correction test code is invalid syntax:

```ruby
"1,2,3,foo,5,6,7,8".split(',').map({ |i| Integer(i, 10) })
```

This PR removes invalid parentheses and auto-corrects it to valid syntax:

```ruby
"1,2,3,foo,5,6,7,8".split(',').map { |i| Integer(i, 10) }
```
def remove_parentheses(corrector, node)
corrector.replace(node.loc.begin, ' ')
corrector.remove(node.loc.end)
end

We have two other remove_parentheses methods defined on various cops (although they work slightly differently in each case) maybe it'd be good to normalize that at some point.

Yeah. I didn't normalize here because each one has different behavior, but I'll look at it separately :-)
