We recently migrated to kubernetes. Could be related to that. @dwradcliffe would know.

This also made some other websites, such as bestgems.org, not "work" perfectly well, e. g:

http://bestgems.org/gems/rack

It now shows something like this:

"Daily: Ranking: - of 0"

Any status update on this issue is most likely appreciated by many folks. I personally liked seeing download trends, mostly so that I can see what people may be using (even if automated downloads may account for the most, I have had people asking for features of some of my gems before, and right now it feels a bit "in the dark" as I do not know how active any of my gems are. It's strange how you start to miss something which worked before... :) )

A couple of days ago all the versions of a gem were not counting. Now old versions of the same gem are counting but the newers are not, for example

https://rubygems.org/gems/nice_http

https://rubygems.org/gems/nice_hash

There was indeed an infrastructure problem preventing us from processing download data. We're working through the backlog now and hopefully by tomorrow should be done. We shouldn't have lost any data so when we are caught up it should be accurate.

It seems to be working now, yay! \o/

(This issue can probably be closed but perhaps it may be fine to wait a bit to see if it works reliably in the coming hours or few days.)

For me is working now. One question is it going to be added also the missing ones from previous days?

We are almost caught up now. Every download should be counted, even ones that happened while it was not processing.
