Using different charts for displaying number of downloads #453

(This is a feature request.) The thing is, it was always difficult for me to read those charts, I don't really understand them, and I'm sure many others don't either. I was maybe thinking of using the HighCharts Javascript library for displaying charts. It's free, it's prettier, and it's client side. I think it would be best to display the downloads with the classic bar chart.

If you would accept that kind of pull request, I would gladly work on it and submit it.

Ok, my bad, the current one is also Javascript. Then it would just be prettier (which I believe serves the cost).

I'm thinking of pulling out ALL of the stats to a different site/repo entirely, including the graphs. They're being an absolute bear to manage and I'd rather not do it anymore.
