Update FireworksAI models

Description

Updates the Fireworks model list with current serverless models and fixes a bug in is_function_calling_model() that was checking for the string "function" in model names instead of checking the FUNCTION_CALLING_MODELS dictionary. This caused all models to be incorrectly identified as not supporting function calling.
