When running rundeck-cli with:

java -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=jssecacerts -jar Downloads/rundeck-cli-1.0.7-all.jar run -j "<job>" --filter '<regex>' --delay 300s -p <project>

the command waits until scheduled time has expired before exiting with message:

# Waiting until scheduled execution starts...(in 299865ms)

The subcommand seems to lack a if options.isFollow() in:

out.info(String.format("Waiting until scheduled execution starts...(in %dms)", diff));
, unless this is by design
