Porting Projects Between Team Instances. SCM configurations not been exported using "Export to Another Instance" option #4364

Describe the bug
Working with the exporting project options available (Export Archive and Export to Another Instance), I see that using the first option "Export Archive" one can export all the content of a project into a jar file and then import this jar file in another instance, this one works well, this means all the options (jobs, executions, configuration, Readme/Motd, ACL policies and SCM configurations) are exported correctly.

Now, in the second option "Export to Another Instance" I found that SCM configurations are not being exported

My Rundeck detail

  • Rundeck version: [ Pro Team - 3.0.11]
  • install type: [ War ]
  • OS Name/version: [ Ubuntu 18.04 ]
  • DB Type/version: [ H2 ]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Project Settings'
  2. Click on 'Export Archive'
  3. Click on 'Include All' option
  4. Click on 'Export to Another Instance'

Expected behavior
Jobs, executions, configuration, Readme/Motd, ACL policies and SCM configurations exported to another instance

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: [ Windows 10 ]
  • Browser [ Chrome ]
  • Version [ 71.0.3578.98 (Build oficial) (64 bits) ]
