  1. CSS: Hack font order so Prince can fallback OK

    authored
Without DejaVu Sans, the msttcorefonts took over, and the glyphs we use for
callouts rendered as '?' in the PDF
  2. Add HTML5 doctype.

  1. Display Next/Prev at top of page and above Disqus.

    authored
On recipe templates the next/prev links were arranged badly. Now they appear
twice: once just below the header, so users can skip to the next recipes
without scrolling, and once above the Disqus comments, so the comment loading
doesn't slow users down. Closes issue #3 and #4.
  2. Teach HTML that it's UTF-8: <meta charset="utf-8">

  1. CSS: Revert <p> margin com.; set it to 1em for web.

    authored
We previously decreased the bottom margin for paragraphs. This worked for the
    web version, but not for the PDF. Reverted PDF <p> margin back to 1.75em;
changed HTML <p> margin to 1em. Now _everybody_'s happy.

  1. Feed: Use full URL for entry links; set <updated>.

    authored
Relative URLs for entries confused TwitterFeed.com, so we now use the full
    URL.

Previously, the <updated> element of <feed> wasn't dynamic. Now it's set to
the date of the most recent entry.

  1. Format/display footnotes for web version.

    authored
Previously, footnotes weren't shown on the web version; now they are.
  2. Reorg'd CSS into: main.css, web.css, and pdf.css

    authored
Making a start on re-organising the CSS. Now we have main.css, which is used
by both the PDF and web versions, web.css which is only used by the web
version, and pdf.css which is only used by `prince`.

  1. Add all frontmatter pages to ToC; fixed numbering.

    authored
The newer frontmatter pages hadn't been added to the ToC, so added them. Fixed
their appearance in the ToC so their page numbers displayed as Roman numerals.
  2. Use Roman numerals for page numbers of non-recipes.

    authored
Previously the pages preceding the recipes (Introduction, Convention, etc.)
had standard page numbers, when they should have used lowercase Roman
    numerals. That is now fixed.
  3. Added cover.
