From #11, let's come up with a new name for the crate evaluations from the libz blitz that's still catchy and exciting, but less culturally charged than 'blitz'.

Thanks for the suggestion @crlf0710! I think I see where you're going with bloom, like a plant blooming? I like the nature metaphor.

Yeh, I like gear shift or shift gears too. It fits that loose industrial theme the Rust community has.
