I'd love to have an rfcbot command to mark a specific comment or comments as summaries of the thread. rfcbot could then link to that summary.

(This would go along with the idea of having a bot stake out the second comment of the thread for things like a "Rendered" link and a summary link.)

I think this is a great idea. I am fairly time constrained right now, but I think this should definitely be in the queue.
