Feature gate: #![feature(const_option_ops)]

This is a tracking issue for const methods on Option that require ~const Fn bounds

opt.is_some_and(u32::is_even)

    I think this issue needs updating, what has been implemented, what hasn't been? What's blocking stabilization for the stuff that has been implemented? I just realized unwrap_or wasn't const today and it kind of baffles me with how simple it is.

    @orlp Maybe it's something to do with const_destruct still being unstable?

    I'd very much like to see Option::map const-stable as well ^^;

    @AverageHelper Yes, you're right, that explains unwrap_or.
