This slightly changes alphabetical lint semantics...
specifically if an "item" is multiline (when the next line
does not have the same indentation) we now consider all lines (ignoring
starting whitespace) for ordering, not just the first one.

These commits modify the Cargo.lock file. Unintentional changes to Cargo.lock can be introduced when switching branches and rebasing PRs.
