Filters some open issues relevant to T-compiler replacing the old S-waiting-on-team label with the new S-waiting-on-t-compiler

@traviscross 👋 there is one occurence left of S-waiting-on-team, it's in the T-lang agenda generator: do you want me to also change that or you prefer doing it yourself in another patch?

Maybe your local checkout didn't yet include the changes in #2195.
