• rust protein autoencoder and ensembl deep learning approach model for ToxDB species.
• Completed the toxannotator and moved the encoder to the toxbert and coded and completed ensembl learning using the Burn and SVM.
• You can train the model on the sequences and then use the model on the ensembl learning.
• Now fixing the bugs and tomorrow pushing the final release version.
