  1. Clarify comment.

I thought 'this' was referring to l->pattern->part[i].type.

  2. Make --csv & --trim-outliers an error.

Warnings are too easy to miss, and this is a usage error which the user can
fix (unlike malformed inputs, which they might not have control over).

  3. Extract line suppression logic.

Ulrich clearly has a very mathematical mind; I naturally write this in
terms of control flow, not binary ops. Same effect, though.

  7. @uklauer

    Add --suppress-invariant option

Don't show lines without varying numbers if --suppress-invariant is
given. Especially useful with --csv to avoid empty sections.

    Remove unneeded backup files

Remove several editor backup files from the ccan tree. Also add "*~"
to .gitignore so they don't creep back in later.

  13. @uklauer

Separate --csv output of different lines

Change --csv behaviour again: Output one section per line, with all
values pertaining to this line immediately following the header.
Sections are separated by blank lines.

The previous way of first printing all headers, then all values made
it impossible to tell which values belong to which header.

  1. Change the way we do --csv.

It never worked very well: far better to put footnote-style markers in
