Using rvm 1.18.14 to install ruby 2.0.0-p0 on Mac OS X Lion.

Two errors: At first I had an error stating that find has no -printf option. This is true on Mac OS X Lion. To get around this I did 'brew install findutils' and then linked /usr/local/bin/find to point to the newly installed version of find (matching gfind in the same directory).

Second error (shown in context)

Installing rubygems-2.0.0 for ruby-2.0.0-p0 ...
Installation of rubygems completed successfully.
find: `/usr/local/rvm/gems/ruby-2.0.0-p0/bin/': No such file or directory
Saving wrappers to '/usr/local/rvm/wrappers/ruby-2.0.0-p0'
...........
ruby-2.0.0-p0 - #adjusting #shebangs for (gem irb erb ri rdoc testrb rake).

I'm also getting the second error on Fedora 17 x86_64 but it seems harmless & appears to be an unhandled exception as pointed out by Michal on the RVM mailing list.

Will report further if it causes any real problems further down the line...
