Hi,
Just wanted to let you know that this caused an issue for me - getting the message "1342771316516 Board No USB devices detected".
When I change the line back to if ( !(/tty/i).test(val) ) it works fine.

My Arduino is on /dev/ttyACM0 (Ubuntu 12.04, 64bit).
