Error: database names cannot contain the character '.' #27

Following the quickstart in the README I get the following error:

$ concrete .
path.exists is now called `fs.exists`.

sorry for my noobness,
but it seems like this fix is not downloaded when an 'npm install -g concrete' is issued.
