missing lib:
api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll

Seems the only work-around is to use 0.6 EVH build:

https://github.com/rybafish/rybafish/releases/download/06/RybaFish06evh.7z

It is compiled with older libraries and does not cause this error
