fix(codex): skip replayed parent token history in thread_spawn subagent sessions (#1218)

Fixes #950.\n\nSkips replayed parent token history in Codex thread_spawn subagent session files, while preserving cumulative token baselines so total_token_usage-only entries continue to emit the correct post-replay delta.
