Moving components to their own files and remove unncessary dependencies

Moved components into seperate files c4a6b7b
Dependencies have not been dealt with

Separation done and dependencies removed. Global scope is almost empty. Just one object left for the abort() function.

Was too busy today... also wanted to solve some of the issues with the
Immediate Function Invocation pattern.
Will look at this later...

... got some positive feedback from some of the Fedora guys... but
unfortunate we can not make a distro based on emulation.

No problem. I think I have solved a lot of issues today.
I didn't know that you spoke with those guys. But I think that is way
too much for this emulator. Something like Tinycore will work.

Was talked in a joking way... ;-). But I used to be a Fedora contributor
for MIPS until I became too busy with work. Have served two term on one of
the boards, etc. Some of the people have a similar interest as me to get
Fedora running on other architectures. Guess we have to wait until ASIC is
available.
