ImgLib2 Label Multisets

Efficient implementation of label multisets as an ImgLib2 NativeType backed by primitive arrays.

Provides:

• Type classes LabelMultisetType and VolatileLabelMultisetType
• Conversion to/from byte[]
• Abstract cache loader for reading cells of LabelMultisetType
