Free/Busy query

Hi, 

I am using Mozilla Thunderbird as my calendar client. I am unable to see another users free/busy schedule based on their schedule while creating an event. 

I have confirmed that the scheduling plugin is enabled. Is there any specific configuration/settings to enable it?
