Let deps see headers, libs in $SAGE_LOCAL

    kini authored
In particular if OpenSSL development headers are not installed
systemwide, users should be able to install the OpenSSL SPKG for Sage,
which puts such headers in $SAGE_LOCAL/include .

Make autoindex recognize pxd files and also not generate root URLs

    jasongrout authored
Autoindex documentation is wrong about the add_url_rules parameter defaulting to False. It defaults to True, so we need to explicitly set it to False.

Make jmol work in published worksheets again.

    jasongrout authored
The first problem was enabling the notebook javascript when viewing a published worksheet. The second problem had to do with changing the definition of worksheet.docbrowser() in commit 35a0c17. Basically, that change ended up changing the defaultdirectory paths in the various jmol files in the cells/ directories when the _initialize_worksheet() function did edit_save().
