Blosxom Atomfeed Plugin

Wow, this brings back memories. Years ago, the first iteration of my personal website at the time ran a Perl-based tool called Blosxom. I wrote and modified some simple plugins and came across this one recerntly, so I'm sticking it here in Github as an archive.
