Backport patch to remove unnecessary dependencies when not building gdb. Package gprognf into separate package.
Remove unused cross build spec files.

I don't particularly like the debian patch collection, but that was already used.

Wonder why it's used at all instead of e.g. fedora patches. Seems introduced without any rationale.
