[booster-browser] Drop booster-browser.service. Fixes JB#60768 #2

The booster-browser.service is no longer needed as it is superseded by booster-browser@.service that works for both browser and email. Signed-off-by: Raine Makelainen <raine.makelainen@jolla.com>
