Ogg player hw volume key control not working when minimum volume set from player UI #103

Steps to reproduce:

Open any ogg audio piece in browser
Set volume to minimum from player's own UI
Try to control volume by hardware volume keys

Expected: volume will change accordingly
Actual: volume stays muted

I would say this works as expected. Changing volume using volume buttons should not unmute ogg player.
