These are specific to the voicecall service, for which the rest is on the src side. No need for these on the plugins.
This used to be there earlier before commit dd9305a, but halfway useless when there weren't headers installed. No much support for the out-of-tree plugins nor API stability promises, but nevertheless not a big deal for just having the headers available on a subpackage.

DBus parts moved to src, no need for them in the lib.
