Document troubleshooting/help #128

Please add a section to the documentation saying how to troubleshoot issues and then get help with them.

For example:

run sigal build -fvd -n 1 to get diagnostic info
create new photos directory containing only last photo mentioned
rerun sigal build -fvd -n 1
put output into a gist/paste
write to mailing list

          Add more info on how the report a bug or contribute (ref ##128).
